Christmas Holiday Closure: Our last day is Friday 20th December and we will be back Monday 6th January. You can place orders during this time, and all orders will shipped when we return.

Wishing you a safe and relaxing Christmas.

Foam Boost (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) is a mild co-surfactant derived from coconut. It's one of the most widely used surfactants. It is an amphoteric surfactant that is highly water soluble.

When used alone, it won't produce big lather or foam. However when combined with other surfactants it boosts foam and helps to make cleansing products milder on the skin.

It has a wonderful flash foam and we love using it in our bubble bath formulations.

What is a surfactant?

Surfactant is a 'surface-active agent' - hence the name. Surfactants are ingredients that attract dirt and oil so that you can rinse them off your skin or hair.
