Shipping and Delivery
We hand pack your purchase so you have a beautiful unboxing experience without the negative impact on the environment
We process our order quickly because we want you to have your items as soon as possible.
Once we receive your order, Standard Orders will generally be processed after 48 hours.
Priority Orders within 24-48 hours, however during busy times processing may take a little longer.
If it's going to take longer, we will always let you know if there is going to be a delay.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and dispatched over the following business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can expect to have your items within 3-7 business days of shipping, rural locations may take longer.
If you have used the incorrect address please contact us asap.
If you contact us in time we can usually change the address quickly. However if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
At this stage, we can only ship our products within Australia, so we currently don't ship internationally.
We are looking at shipping internationally and will soon offer delivery to the US and New Zealand.
Other countries may be included in the future.
Shipping times can vary depending on whether the item is being sent to a metro or rural area. We are based in NSW so inter-state can sometimes take a little longer.

At this stage, we are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by placing separate orders, each with its own delivery address.

We love beautiful packaging and also care about sustainability.
The majority of our products are placed in glass.
For some of our products, we have chosen to use post-consumer recycled plastic as it uses less carbon to produce and post.
Your parcel will arrive in 100% recyclable cardboard.
We seal our packages using paper tape with vegetable-backed adhesive or kraft tape.
We fill your parcel with Bio-fill which is made from natural cornstarch that degrades in the compost.
We use acid-free paper.
Naturally we ship your parcel using Carbon Neutral delivery.
The process of delivering a parcel emits carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which is shown to harm our environment.
We are a part of the carbon neutral delivery program, which means that carbon emissions are offset through the investment in projects that have a positive impact to the environment.
