If you'd like an exchange or refund, please contact us and return the item unopened within 10 working days.

To make an exchange or to request a refund please email us at hello@botanicinspiration.com.au with the following information:

• 'Return' or 'Exchange' in the subject line along with your order number (you can find your order number in your order confirmation email)
• What item(s) you wish to return and reason for doing so
• if there is a fault please provide a corresponding photo of the fault

We will organise for a return slip via Australia Post, so that way you can send the item back to us.

We will replace or refund your order within five days of receiving the items.

Depending on the bank, or if it is a weekend or public holiday, it may take a few more days to receive the refund in your account

Due to the nature of digital files, there are no exchanges or refunds on digital products.
