Our Epsom Salts are 100% natural and sustainably sourced.

Some Epsom Salts are synthetically manufactured, but our Epsom Salts have been sustainably sourced in Germany from the naturally occurring deposits of Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) - they are 100% natural!

Our Epsom Salts comes packaged in 500g or 1kg bags and can be shipped to anywhere in Australia.

How to use Epsom Salts

When absorbed through the skin, Epsom Salt has wonderful therapeutic properties which can help to relax and relieve muscle aches and inflammation in joints. A soak in a Epsom bath that is magnesium rich is great for the relief of stress, for tired, sore feet and for sports recovery.

  • Great for making Bath Bombs
  • Add essential oils for a luxurious bath soak
  • Place the salts in cute jars, add dried flowers, and make wonderful gifts
  • Add a cup of epsom salts in a bucket with warm water. Add a drop of peppermint essential oil and soak tired feet.

Check out our blog post for 5 easy ways to use Epsom Salt

Our Epsom Salt comes in a handy resealable bag, and the convenient 500g size means you have enough for a range of DIY projects.

For eg, in the natural bath bomb recipe it calls for half a cup of Epsom Salt which make 5 large bath bombs (using our 6.5cm mould). This means a 500g bag of Epsom Salt will make approximately 20 bath bombs and a 1kg bag will make 40 bath bombs.

 Ingredients: Magnesium Sulphate

Storage: Keep your Epsom Salt in a cool dry location. You can transfer to a glass container or jar.

At our house, we keep ours in a stylish glass jar for easy access - plus it looks a bit fancy!
