Luscious Chocolate is a natural way to add some chocolatey aroma to your lip balms and lip scrubs or even your edible body oil. Made from natural ingredients, this oil will add some excitement to your gorgeous DIY products.

The lip balm oil is a scent and does not add taste or sweeten your lip balm. If you want a sweet taste to compliment the chocolate aroma, we recommend you add some lip balm sweetener.

If you want to add some colour to your lip balm, we love using a small amount of oil-based food colouring. A small amount doesn't colour your lips but lightly tints the final product.

Usage rate: Use between 0.5 - 4% in your formulation

How to formulate: High usage of the flavour oil can soften the final product, so you may need to do some initial testing with ratios to obtain your desired consistency based on your specific climate. We suggest you start testing with  2%  flavour oil and adjust your formulation as needed.

Add the flavour oil to your lip balm to the final phase and stir constantly to ensure the oil suspends evenly. If your lip balm sets too quickly, you can gently re-heat to melt and combine all ingredients before pouring.
