Buy Natural Emulsifying Wax in Australia

NatEmulse MB  is also known as Vegetal, Sugarmulse or Montanov 68 MB. It is a natural vegetable emulsifying wax that creates rich, easy to spread creams.

It is an oil in water emulsifier that can be used with all types of oils such as vegetable oils and esters.  The stand-out feature of this emulsifier is that it creates a lamellar emulsion. A lamellar emulsion is a type of mixture that mimics the natural layers of the skin. Think of it like a stack of thin, flat sheets or layers that trap moisture and beneficial ingredients between them. This structure allows the delivery of active ingredients more effectively and helps keep skin hydrated by locking in moisture.

Derived from sustainable, mass-balanced palm.

INCI: Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetearyl Glucoside

Suggested Usage Rates: 1-5%

Information: Non-ionic O/W emulsifier

HLB: 10

Appearance: White flakes or beads

Formulating tip: Add to the oil phase and heat with your oils to 75 degrees. We find this emulsifier works best with an oil phase that is 10-25% of the formulation.

Use level: 1%- 6% (depending on the usage)
